Target of an Assassin « Movie from 1976

Set in a South African hospital, Hobday (Anthony Quinn) is a male nurse assigned to care for a foreign President (Simon Sabela). With many threats against him, the leader is heavily guarded around the clock.

Hobday manages to kidnap him for personal gain, unaware that a hired sniper is still attempting to kill the leader. But it turns out that things aren't exactly what they seem to be.
