Indonesia

Our hosts  Bertrand Homassel & Vincent Cheville visit Java, Indonesia. Indonesia has the largest number and highest density of active volcanoes in the world, 127 active volcanoes with about 5 million people have activities within the danger zone.  Bertrand and Vincent visit Mt. Bromo, Kawah Ijen, and Mt. Semeru.

Ecuador

Bertrand and Vincent head to the "Avenue of Volcanoes" in Equador. Here there are about 50 volcanoes, 27 of them active. It is also home to one of the highest active volcanoes on Earth.  The boys don't make it there but they do venture to Mt. Reventador, Mt. Tungurahua, and Mt. Sangay.

Kamtchatka

Bertrand and Vincent make a trip to the largest country in the world. Russia. Russia is home to an extremity of the pacific ring of fire, and one of its most active segments, resulting in over 150 volcanoes. 29 of them are still active. The boys visit Mt. Mutnovsky, Mt, Shiveluch, and the Kronotsky Nature Preserve.
