Advanced Bootcamp | Day 1

Welcome to the Advanced Bootcamp! I'll be your Trainer, Lisa-Marie. It's designed to BLAST you though that frustrating plateau zone! Today's workout is a Full Body HIIT session. We start with Burpee Lunges or Squat and Press -- in this Bootcamp you will be choosing between Cardio and Stength in between every single move. Don't do what I'm doing! Your job is to do what's written on the screen.

Overtime | Day 1

Today for your Overtime, which is a short session at the end of the workout that targets certain areas for extra toning, we are focusting on the Chest and Abs.

Advanced Bootcamp | Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of The Advanced Bootcamp! How did you do yesterday? Can you still feel it? I am so, so excited for you. I know you are sore, I know you are nervous, but the pain is good. Get comfortable with it. It means you are making progress. For your Active Rest today, you will have the choice of doing an Under Arm Tuck (Cardio) or a Single Arm Clean & Press with a Squat (Strength).

Overtime | Day 2

Today's focus areas for the Overtime is on your Thighs, Butt and Abs.

Advanced Bootcamp | Day 3

Today's focus is on Abs & Arms. It's Day 3 and often that's the day you want to skip. But just remember that you are sculpting, toning and training like a pro. Stay with it, and the results alone will be your motivation, I promise you. Between each set, you will have the choice today of doing a 3 Point Ab and Tuck Jump (Cardio Option) or a Clean & Press with a Squat (Strength Option).
