Connect

Start the day mindfully connecting to the breath, sitting in stillness, listening to beautiful music, watching a sunrise over the ocean and setting an intention for the day ahead.

Awaken

Got tight shoulder muscles and a tired back? This short seated sequence focuses on neck and shoulder stretches and takes you through the six key movements that are essential for maintaining a healthy spine. Perfect to do either in the morning, as it awakens the body and mind, or at the end of a long day of being hunched over a keyboard, steering wheel or children.

Arise

This gentle and rhythmical yoga flow moves through a sequence of stretches for the spine and the lower body- quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes. Ideal if you don’t have time for a full yoga class, or as a “cool down” after an exercise session. Couple this flow with the “Awaken” shoulder release sequence for a whole body warm up and stretch.

Surrender to Flow

Moving at a steady pace with the focus on the breath, this standing sequence builds strength and endurance. The most common and foundational standing poses in yoga (triangle, wide leg forward bend, goddess and warrior) are clearly explained and unrushed, while still maintaining a dance-like flow to create a moving meditation.

Find Balance

Improve your mental focus and ankle stability with this balance sequence. Explore your ability to balance tiptoed, in a squat, on one leg, in a walking meditation, and even on your hands! There are options to suit all experience levels, including beginner and prenatal, and some extra challenges for the well-practiced yogi.

Grounded

A seated sequence to build strength in the postural muscles of the back and core, followed by stretches for the back, hips, and legs. This yoga sequence is a great blend of strength and stretch and will leave you feeling grounded in your body and connected to your center. There are options to suit all experience levels, and some extra challenges for the well-practiced yogi.
