This moving documentary follows Lodz Ghetto survivor Natan Grossmann's return to Poland after 70 years. While researching his long lost brother, he crosses paths with Jens-Jurgen Ventzki, the son of the former Nazi Mayor of Lodz.
In tracing their family histories, the two discover a unique mix of victims, perpetrators and bystanders as they confront their feelings about the past and each other.
