In 1945, only weeks before the end of WWII, a photo went around the world: it was of a young American soldier, shot dead on a street corner in Germany.
Today, the corner looks exactly the same as it did back then.
One day Robert appears. A young descendant of the soldier, he's travelled to the corner from Texas to understand why he feels so strangely connected to his great-uncle.
