Welcome to Day 4. In today's class, Chelsey Jones will be focusing on strength and flexibility and challenging you into a standing split pose.

Day 5

In today's yoga flow Chelsey Jones increases the level by introducing more challenging poses.

Day 6

Today's class will be focusing on building strength in your rotation, and working towards the revolving half moon!
