Four of the world's best online poker players risk it all with their own money and have one goal in mind: win $2 million in only two months.
In the series premiere, four former high school math whizzes head to Las Vegas for one high-stakes summer as they try to bank $2 million in two months. Dani, Brian, Emil and Jay are four of the best online poker players in the world, but can these twenty-something geniuses reach the ultimate prize as they're surrounded by temptation at every turn? Follow them during their first week as they move into their lavish new mansion, celebrate Emil's 25th birthday at the Playboy Club, and try to build their pot one game at a time. But when Jay starts off on a downswing, can he recoup his losses before he's in too deep?
After racking up the biggest lost last week, Dani is determined to step up his game. Unfortunately, luck isn't in the cards and Dani suffers a big losing streak. He decides to go on lockdown for 24 hours to try and recoup his losses, but he quits after a few hours. Will he be able to turn his game around or will he end up at the bottom for a second week in a row? Meanwhile, Jay's girlfriend comes to town and Emil starts looking for a personal assistant to help do chores around the mansion.
After two weeks, the guys are up nearly $200,000, but still far from their goal of $2 million. But instead of buckling down and getting serious, they decide to have a little fun and challenge a rival house of poker players to a series of challenges, including football, nightlife and, of course, poker. The winners get ultimate bragging rights and the losers get to clean the other team's pigsty of a house! Meanwhile, Brian's girlfriend Cassie comes to visit and questions his ability to fully commit to their relationship.
The stakes are raised when Jay challenges an old online rival, professional poker pro David Benyamine, to a high-stakes match. He hopes it's his chance to break out and earn some big dough for the group. But when things don't go as planned, will this end up being his ultimate downfall? And see Jay channel his inner stripper when he has to perform at an all-male burlesque show for his penalty stunt. Meanwhile, Dani plays a live game against Benyamine's fiance, female poker pro Erica Schoenberg. But will he be able to concentrate playing against such an attractive competitor?
After suffering a string of bad hands the last couple weeks, the guys decide to hit the town to blow off some steam. Five weeks out, the team is still far short of their ultimate goal and morale in the house is running low. Dani and Emil are determined to score dates in Vegas and hit the club scene to meet some single ladies. Meanwhile, Jay has become so frustrated with losing at poker that he heads home to New York to recharge. Will a few days back with his family help him get back on his game, or will he realize that it's time for him to fold his cards for good?
In order to help re-energize their game, the guys decide to host a group of poker newbies for the weekend. Jay hopes that teaching these aspiring high-rollers the ropes will get the group get back on track, but their plans start going downhill when Dani and Brian argue with their students. Also, the guys show their students how to live the proper poker lifestyle and take them out for a fun night in Vegas. For the final exam, the campers face off against each other in a single elimination showdown.
