Dawn also meets a troubled 11-year-old, Jessica, who's embarrassed about the unsightly warts on her hands and body.
Hayley worries about her 6-month-old son Bradley's misshapen head and takes him to Dr Christian. Defects of limbs, hearts and spinal cord represent half of all abnormalities, and fourteen-year-old Jade comes to the clinic to seek advice from Pixie about undergoing potentially life-saving surgery to correct a twisted spine.
With a third of all 11-15-year-olds in the UK classified as overweight or obese, Sarah brings her son Josh to see Dr Pixie because she's worried about his expanding waistband. Dr Pixie recommends Josh join a weight management scheme, while Dr Christian goes back to school to teach kids and parents how to avoid piling on the kilos with a lesson on how not to get fat.
