Alex has fond memories of Christmas with her best friend Beth, until she started dating her ex, Jesse. Alex is excited to finally spend holidays with her mother Caroline, who is opening an inn in Switzerland.
She learns Jesse and Beth will also be there. When Alex meets Liam, single father and manager of the inn, he shows her all the Swiss traditions and to love and forgive this holiday season.
