A hearty and richly warming Chickpea and Chorizo soup is perfect for a spring walk in Hyde Park.

Home from Home

Breal for the Border

When Bill was growing up in Australia the big influence on his cooking and eating was from his neighbors in South East Asia but now he is in London there is a world of new food experiences on his doorstep and what is really exciting him at the moment is the food of South America.

No Worries

London has become Bill's fantasy Deli, shopping here for exotic food from around the world couldn't be easier. It's full of shops selling easy to prepare ingredients that make a chef's life simple and let's face it when you are at home after a hard day why should it be any different? He cooks up oven-baked sausages, fish tagine and noodles.
