The biggest competition in food is back with an all-new season! Join chefs Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis as 15 culinary hopefuls battle to prove…
Eight former finalists are back in the Food Network Star kitchen for a second shot at stardom.
For the Mentor Challenge, the competitors are expected to create something new using the ingredients of bizarre vintage dishes. For the Star Challenge, the contestants divide up into teams to plan and create a menu for delivery.
Each competitor gets a summer theme and must livestream for eight minutes, and fellow contestants join each other's streams to ask challenging questions. Valerie Bertinelli and Tyler Florence determine who wins.
Ten "Food Network Star" hopefuls are greeted by Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay to kick off the competition; each finalist must create a portable version of their signature dish.
The remaining finalists create food podcasts about colorful snacks and film field reports from Los Angeles' hottest food hall, The Proud Bird. Richard Blais and Food Network Star alum Damaris Phillips serve as guest judges.
The finalists think they're cooking solo at an exclusive private event for foodies and tastemakers, but en route to their destination, Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis reveal a twist. Tyler Florence is a guest judge.
The finalists try their hand at something big, and then each finalist streams their take on a start-to-finish 15-minute weeknight meal on social media while viewers cook along.
The four remaining finalists partake in their own segment of a special called "Up Your Game (Day)." ESPN's Jemele Hill and special guest Jaymee Sire watch the special to help decide which finalist goes down in defeat.
Eliminated chefs battle for the chance to return to Food Network Star.
The last four competitors must cook the dish of their lives for the chance to film a pilot. Former Food Network Star winner Eddie Jackson helps select the three finalists, who then shoot pilots directed by Guy Fieri.
Giada and Bobby watch pilots for the three finalists and choose a competitor to be the next Food Network Star.
