High-intensity Mini Bursts and controlled “plyometric” jump moves that change direction to work your muscles and joints from a variety of different angles, this workout will send both your motivation and calorie burn into the stratosphere.

Accelerate Sculpt

Building on the strong foundation you established with Cycle 1:Ignite, we'll now challenge your muscles with targeted strength training by slowing down the pace and working with heavier weights.

Cardio Sculpt

Following the same format as Ignite's Cardio + Sculpt, this routine pushes the effort with heavier weights and faster paced Mini Bursts.
