Tim has upped his game on his latest beer batter recipe that is not only tasty on fish but perfect for Onion Rings as well! Add in a side of homemade coleslaw and some hush puppies for the perfect meal. Not into frying? Try some Pecan and Maple Syrup Encrusted Walleye in the oven!
We’re celebrating Nicki’s Birthday with a full “interesting” meal! Smoke a whole gator wrapped in bacon, chop up from ramps for a tasty dip, mix together an “Everything But the Kitchen Sink” pasta salad and dig in Grandma Kalokerino’s recipe book for a classic peach cake for dessert.
