The Taste of Pho

Long, a Vietnamese cook and Warsaw resident, has built up a loyal following for his expertly-made pho, until the restaurant where he works is sold to a new owner who wants to revamp the menu.

This sudden change exacerbates Long's struggles to assimilate with the European culture his ten-year-old daughter has freely embraced as her own.
