Caesar the Conqueror (1962) (Widescreen) (Restored Edition)

Set in 58 BC, Caesar and the Roman army attempt to suppress a rebellion by the conquered Gaul and its newly released rebel leader Vercingetorix. Former allies of Rome join the rebels, complicating matters and serving to personally involve Caesar.

Though Rome does not want to expend military resources, Caesar secretly heads towards battle, instead of returning to Rome as ordered.
