Maanagara Kaaval

Vijayakanth is the Assistant Commissioner of Police who arrests Anandraj, a professional killer. But, Nambiar asks to hand over him to Delhi police. Anandraj escapes from Vijayakanth in Delhi and tries to kill Prime Minister Lakshmi.
