Jennifer Lawrence quit The Roise Project over drawn-out negotiations

Jennifer Lawrence pulled out of 'The Rosie Project' because negotiations went on too long.
The 'Hunger Games' actress agreed to take a pay cut to appear in Sony Pictures' adaptation of Graeme Simison novel but dropped out after chairman Tom Rothman failed to agree terms.
A source told The Hollywood Reporter: "Rothman was doing a lot of grinding on 'The Rosie Project', and it took its toll. If it had been done more quickly, it wouldn't have fallen apart.
"The bottom line was she had too much time to think about it."
And while director Richard Linklater's contract was agreed quickly, once Jennifer left the movie he followed her.
The 'Boyhood' helmer only agreed to take on the picture after Jennifer convinced him so once she was no longer involved, he also dropped out.
