Kym Marsh had a supernatural experience during a spa treatment.

The \'Coronation Street\' star saw visions while she was lying down on a water-filled mattress, and admits she ended up seeing "images of people, almost like spirits" during the relaxation session.

He said: "I\'ve been lucky enough to try this amazing new spa treatment during another break at Rockliffe Hall in Darlington.

"You lie on something called a Mindfulness Bed and it\'s used in America to help people who have PTSD.

"You rest on a water-filled mattress, put your eye mask on and listen to music through a pair of headphones which have different frequencies for each ear.

"It encourages you into a sedative state and you end up seeing visions! My eyes were closed but I was seeing images of people, almost like spirits.

I felt like I was being rocked to sleep. I felt so chilled and it\'s definitely something I\'ll do again."

Kym looks set to have a busy time ahead because she has signed up to star in a movie opposite Dame Joan Collins, Luke Goss and Martin Kemp.

And the cobbles favourite - who is to bow out of her role as Michelle Connor - cannot wait to star alongside Luke after being a massive fan of Bros during her younger years.
