KKW Beauty is not doing as well a Kim K expected.
During the last few months, people have realized that KKW beauty and Kylie cosmetics weren't that popular anymore.
Moreover, the makeup brand owned by Kylie Jenner had zero to no products available.
And its website wasn't displaying any of the many products the brand had already produced.
Furthermore, the fans started speculating about the future of both brands, as they weren't thriving.
Makeup enthusiasts and professionals don't share a lot of love for both brands.
Specially KKW which often receives harsh criticism for its product being "Not original" and "overpriced".
The main problem with Kim K's makeup brand is the fact that its simplistic approach seems way too simplistic.
The products are constantly receiving criticism for being way too basic.
Certainly, Kim's makeup products aren't special or original, and most releases look identical to previous ones.
In addition, the price range enters in the category of high-end makeup, which is quite expensive.
The last few releases hadn't been as successful as they used to be back when the brand started.
So it's no surprise that the star is finally doing something to (hopefully) better the brand's image.
Kim has spoken about this in a recent post on her Social media:
"On August 1st at midnight we will be shutting down the KKWBeauty.com site so that we can come back to you under a completely new brand with new formulas that are more modern, innovative, and packaged in an elevated and sustainable new look."Kim Kardashian via Twitter
She revealed that she's excited to continue to develop new formulas and brand-new products.
The star has also revealed that her team is working on improving customer service.
As customers had also complained about how difficult it was to approach the brand or return products.
