Thomas Markle, the estranged father of Duchess Meghan Markle
Has recently announced that he will take legal actions against Meghan and Prince Harry.

Even though Markle has spoken before about her father, we know they don't have a great relationship.
However, she keeps a healthy distance from him, and he hasn't met his grandchildren: Archie and Lili.
In her interview with Oprah, she revealed that she doesn't hate her father.
But she can't forgive the fact that he has worked with the same tabloids that hurt her in the past.
She stated that her father had the same chances of saying no to interviews and reporters,
Just as her mother did.
"they've hunted my mom down and you've never heard her say a word.
She's remained in silent dignity for four years watching me go through this."
Still, Meghan's father has now announced his willingness to be part of the kids' life.
"I will be petitioning the California courts for the rights to see my grandchildren in the very near future."
In some states of the U.S (including California) grandparents are allowed to petition the court to see their grandchildren.
Markle has revealed that he has no intention of hurting the kids, nor Meghan, he just wants to meet his grandchildren.
Moreover, he expressed his concern for the kids
As he believes that Markle and the Prince have shown "bad behavior"
Because of the way they've dealt with the Royal Family.
"Archie and Lili are small children. They're not politics, they're not pawns. They're not part of the game. And they're also royal and entitled to the same rights as any other royal."
Let's remember that after Meghan and Harry abandoned the Royal Family, they also abandoned
Their Royal protection and rights, including the childrens'.
As for now, Thomas Markle hasn't actually sued the couple.
He just announced his intentions.
