Just a few minutes ago, Warner Bros announced the final name of the movie.
Harry Potter TV show on Max is set to debut in 2026.
The franchise, meant to be a Harry Potter spin-off, hasn’t had the success
The production expected, not even a bit closer to the Harry Potter phenomenon.
Moreover, the franchise has suffered many controversies that have put the third movie in an awkward position.

J. K. Rowling was loved and praised for writing the series,
In the last years, however, she has lost the sympathy of her followers,
After releasing transphobic comments over and over again,
And even writing a book about a killer who used to wear dresses to kill women.
Fans have also dissected the original series, finding questionable behavior behind Rowling’s writing,
Including queerbaiting, misogyny, and racism.
Thanks to this, the fandom has not been as excited as they used to be before,
And rumors even suggested that the Franchise would end with the third movie,
And that this film would see its premiere only via HBO max, not cinemas.
Right now, these rumors seem to not be true,
As the announcement of the title also came with the announcement of the release date
On cinemas worldwide, on April 15th, 2022.
Still, the biggest controversy and challenge this new movie will have are the fans of Johnny Depp.
The actor, who played Grindlewald in the first two movies,
Lost his role after losing the defamation battle against The Sun newspaper.
The fans were furious about this decision, and have spread campaigns to boycott the next films.
This new film will center around the magician Albus Dumbledore, played by Jude Law.
