Khloé Kardashian is getting ready to welcome her second child with Tristan Thompson.
Contrary to popular belief, the pregnancy is through surrogacy.

November through surrogacy."

"We want to ask for empathy and privacy so she can focus on his family," he added.
In the same statement, it was clarified that the former couple began the process of becoming parents
for the second time before Tristan's infidelity came to light.
As a result of this infidelity, a child named Theo was born on December 1, whom the athlete only recognized
after a DNA test confirmed that he was indeed his son.
Even though they're expecting another baby together, Khloé hasn't considered giving Tristan another chance.
In addition, her representative has stressed that they have not spoken since December about anything other
than matters related to the education and upbringing of True and the child that is on the way.
The ex-couple, who had been in an on-and-off relationship since 2016, welcomed True in 2018 just days after a
series of videos recorded by security cameras were released showing Tristan entering their hotel with different women

getting pregnant again during the latest season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In March of that year, Khloé explained that doctors had informed her that she would have a "high-risk" pregnancy
if she decided to have another child.
It was then that Khloé told her sister Kim she was considering surrogacy.
