Tristan accepts that he cheated On Khloé...Again.

In court documents, the father of Khloé Kardashian's daughter, Tristan declared that he has sex with a personal

trainer on his birthday in March.

In fact, the same day, Khloe said in networks that she had returned with him after forgiving other infidelities.

Tristan Thompson made the disclosure when responding to a complaint from Maralee Nichols.

Nichols claims to have a son of him and sues him for child support.

In addition, Tristan agreed that he had sex with her last March, during his 30th birthday celebration.

"I am sure that her child is mine, that the only date of conception was March 13, 2021, because it

was my birthday," Said the Sacramento Kings player.

In the documents, Tristan accepted that they were in a relationship from December 2020 to March 13, 2021.

"We did not have a severe ongoing relationship.

We saw each other sporadically between December 2020 and March 2021." he wrote.

"Nichols told me that she had been involved with other athletes and understood the limitations of our relationship;

to wit, that we might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual sex only."

"We did not have any dates in the traditional sense at any time; there was no dining at

restaurants, going to movies, traveling, or any indicia of a normalized relationship," he later added.

Likewise, it was precisely on that day of Tristan's birthday that Khloé confirmed that she was back with him.

"those who are destinated to be together are those who overcome everything that is designed to

separate them and come out of it stronger than before" said the celebrity in networks.

The deception was exposed earlier this month when the personal trainer sued it, but the

basketball player had not acknowledged it until now.
