While many films pass through theaters before landing in the Disney+ catalog, there are certain titles that, for one reason or another, end up directly on the streaming platform. Lately, however, it seems that the streaming service is backing off and deciding to try its luck by bringing some titles released directly in its catalog to the big screen, such as Pixar's Soul. But this time we are not dealing with a movie already released,but with one that is about to premiere on the platform this year and that Disney+ has just confirmed its change of plans with it: Young Woman and the Sea, the new feature film starring Daisy Ridley, an actress well known for her role as Rey in Star Wars who we will soon see in a new film in the franchise.
